Sniper Badge
The NBA 2K22 Sniper Badge helps with slightly early and slightly late make percentages while hurting early and late percentages. This is similar to Flexible Release from 2k21 next gen but in this game, the slightly feedback is much closer to the center of the green window than in that game.
If you get a slightly feedback, the chances are good that you are within the green window.
Sniper Badge Description
Sniper allows jump shots taken with slight early/late timing to receive a boost, while early or late shots will receive a bigger penalty.

How good is Sniper Badge in NBA 2k22?
As you can see from the graph the Sniper Badge absolutely helps the edges of the green window. Each badge level is about a 3-5% increase in make. There wasnt much of or any increase at the center of the window. This badge is great for people who are struggling to time their shots consistently, but still get fairly closer to excellent timing.

Bronze Sniper is a must if you are going to be taking jumpers. Silver Sniper isnt worth the upgrade over bronze, but getting the badge to Gold or ideally HoF Sniper is absolutely worth the points.
