Glue Hands reduces the chanes of an errant pass, while improving the ability to both catch tough passes and quickly make the next move.

2k22 Best Playmaking Badges: Glue Hands
The Glue Hands playmaking badge is used to get cleaner catches on the fast break. Glue hands is especially effective in ProAm due to the increased sized of the court leading to longer passes which are more likely to miss their target.
To test this we threw full court passes and recorded the success rate.
