Corner specialist allows deep range shots taken along the baseline of the court to receive a boost, whether it is off the dribble or off a catch.

How to shoot with a low 3 point rating: Corner Specialist
To test this badge we automated a script to walk to the corner in a blacktop game and take 200 corner 3s at each badge level at a 10 mS interval throughout the green window. The game was restarted between every shot to prevent the player from getting hot.
The following table shows the shooting percentage at each different timing throughout the green window. As you can see, corner specialist is helping on both accurately and inaccurately timed shots.
2k22 Shooting Badges: Should I use Corner Specialist?
If you play a defense focused build that results in you playing offense from the corner frequently then you also probably have a low 3 point rating. Gold corner specialist is for you.
